High Plains Cattle provides cattle marketing services through video auctions and country cattle listings. Users must register and obtain appropriate buyer or seller credentials to participate in auctions.
3. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account.
4. Auction Terms
All bids placed during auctions are binding. Buyers are responsible for payment and pickup/delivery arrangements as agreed upon during the sale.
5. Limitation of Liability
High Plains Cattle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
